Using a chopstick , place on both sides of the potato and cut the potato all the way down into thin slices, avoid cutting too deep that it breaks the potato apart.

Place the ready sliced potatoes into the baking pan and drizzle with olive oil salt n pepper , and put in oven for 50minutes at 200 degree c until golden brown and crispy.

Once the garlic is done, mix it with the butter and the other seasoning . Brush the seasonings onto the baked potato and bake for another 15-30 minutes until they are cooked fully and crispy. Avoid overbaking till burnt.

Place potatoes onto the plate with truffle mayo, garnish with parsley and you are ready to serve.
